MyBestFriend.ai provides AI-enabled conversational support designed to help users navigate emotional distress, reflect, and access resources. The platform is not a medical device, healthcare service, or emergency response system.
MyBestFriend.ai does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or licensed therapy. The platform does not replace healthcare professionals, emergency services, or crisis hotlines.

We may use internal models and third-party service providers to process user inputs and generate responses (for example, speech synthesis or language model APIs). We send only the information necessary to provide the requested feature.
Unless you explicitly provide identifying information, your messages are not intended to include personal identifiers. We also apply data-minimization practices and may retain only derived, de-identified metrics long-term.
Raw conversational text is retained only for a limited period to support safety review, quality assurance, and system integrity. After this period, raw text is deleted or irreversibly cleared.
Derived, de-identified signals and aggregated metrics may be retained long-term.
MyBestFriend.ai owns and retains all rights to de-identified, aggregated data and system-generated insights derived from platform usage.

MyBestFriend.ai is free for individual users. Sponsored or suggested resources may be shown only when relevant and appropriate, and access to support is never contingent on payment.
Organizations may deploy customized or white-labeled versions of MyBestFriend.ai under separate agreements. Enterprise deployments may include administrative controls, reporting dashboards, and additional safeguards.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyBestFriend.ai and its owners, operators, employees, and partners are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from platform use.
We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or specific outcomes from platform use.
We may suspend or terminate access for misuse, attempts to exploit the system, or violations of these Terms.
MyBestFriend.ai is not a HIPAA-covered entity and does not function as a business associate unless operating under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA). The platform is designed to support HIPAA-covered partners through aligned security and privacy practices when deployed in regulated environments.
By using MyBestFriend.ai, you acknowledge and consent to the collection, processing, and use of information as described in these Terms and the Privacy Policy.
